Alatariel would be in Shadowdale and try to get to where Wester or Varrik are if the gathered force would let her pass. She waves or calls out to try to get either or their attentions so she can speak to them.

As the dragon lands between the two, Vorik's hand moves to the hilt of his blade. It's not every day a dragon just plops down in front of you, after all. The defenses of Shadowdale tense up, ready at any given moment to defend the Commander.

Seeing her roar at her family, Vorik pauses, confused. The roar also echoes across the area and gives more of a fright to the citizens of Shadowdale. Shouts and more crying is heard and it's clear that the entire town is now terrified that they may under attack again.

Mylanis speaks to Vorik and he looks extremely confused.

"The C-captain can speak f-for himself, but only if I kn-know he will n-not be attacked. He has done n-nothing wrong. Y-you come t-to the g-gates w-with threats and our p-people are already shaken up."

Alatariel would be able to pass and likely see Vorik standing in front of a very, very large dragon. It's likely she could reach Wester with ease, assuming he's by the gate.

"Wood spirits had a good standing with your kingdom while Queen Bryanna was in charge. But I understand that someone else had to replace her because she did not want to marry Zepher. Naturally a kingdom needs a King and a Queen." Maya instructs Commander Vorik about her views of the town before she ends up interrupted by Dragon Mylanis. She was close enough to the commander so that Mylanis could not fit in dragon form between them, but could stand next to the both. When her roar covers Maya, it blows her hair and reveals her naked body fully for a moment, and as long the roar lasts. When it ends, Maya's hair falls down again to cover private parts, and her hair is now ruined. She looks pissed off at Mylanis, and then replies with annoying tone "I had everything under control sister, you don't have to yell ..." Someone was finally louder than Maya.

Lanan used his calm presence to steady the knights, mages, archers, whoever might be near him. ((Aura of courage)) His cold steel eyes trained on the dragon, and the woman infront of Vorik.

The Dragon lowers itself into a sitting position to be the least threatening it could possibly be. It takes a moment as the crying and shouts are heard, not having been able to hear them clearly before now. It speaks in a loud enough voice such as to be echoed to the walls as well.

I have no come today seeking harm on anyone within Shadowdale, nor do I plan on allowing my family to do any such thing. It seems clear that this is a matter of misunderstandings, as well as my families poor choice of communications channel and general inexperience in dealing with normal society. I do apologize for any problems they might have caused in these past few days (assume it's been that long). If the captain would like to explain what this misunderstanding is about, I would very much like so, such as to put all this nonsense to rest. I promise no harm shall come to him or anyone within Shadowdale from me or any of my family.

The animals, that Celestial Leopard brought, back off and scatter away from the entrance of the town. Leopard remains but he lowers his ears and head, giving confusing look at the Lyon Dragons and how they turned against their own "Maow?".

Alatariel would get close before seeing the dragon, but then quickly freezes. Seeing the dragon is talking she starts moving again, though its much slower then before.

She speaks to the group:

"Please wait... this is just a misunderstanding... The Captain was merely giving me a lead to go talk to the Lyon People about it."

"Well, since we're all here now.." Aesa muttered, flying above Alatariel in her tiny Fey form, and just keeps circling around to finish her suggestion in this time of a bit of a standoff:

"Talk to us about it then.. I am at least all Fey ears and will surely not cease to fly above your head until some talk will be done. It seems still Shadowdale is to take from us what is held dear. Surely that cannot be ignored. However impulsive we may have reacted to it.."

Fails to see how is Mylanis' approach was any better, as without her the town wasn't terrified this much, and to add that now even animals feel what the crying kids do. Maya's cat jumps in Maya's hands, and Maya's deer disappears from the sight into unknown. "Our way was a nicer way, me and Aesa even prepared basket of mushrooms for the King as a symbol of peace if he promises that he will not slay the white Unicorn and let undead armies inside Myth Drannor." Maya frowns, trying to outloud the dragon, failing in that, but trying anyway. She then forces a smile at Commander Vorik and nods to Aesa in agreement.

Meanwhile, as this chaotic situation goes on, Rayfe maintains his position by the boulders just off the road outside the east gate. Keeping a careful Watch on those involved in the discussion, he stands ready to jump in should violence erupt.

Darting through the darkness, Hawkley would approach the situation; Making less noise then the shadow of a gentle breeze he was hidden to all but those who possessed the keenest of eyes and ears.

Deciding it best to make his presence known, he would step forth from his concealed state. Pulling his hood off, he'd look between the Shadowdale forces and the Lyons.. Green eyes weighing out the situation.

Note: Hawks bow was slung over one shoulder and both his hands were empty.

Once the Lyons leave the Crossroads, the little elven bardess trails behind them. Arriving a bit late to the scene, Lia walks up behind the leopard. When the elf sees the dragon, her silver eyes widen. Afraid of being eaten, she slowly wanders up to Hawkley's side and stands beside him. Both of her blades are peace knotted at her side. She slowly folds her hands in front of her and watches the situation. Hawk may see her legs tremble a bit. Clearly, she's terrified how the whole thing may go.

Hearing of the news, Vincent makes his way to the situation to show his support for Wester and Shadowdale. The Paladin would find his fellow Helmites and hold strong with them.

Stepping up beside Hawkley, Lhanir approached and maintained an understanding silence, more interested in observing and assessing the situation, and not at all surprised by the sight of the dragon druidess... more so of their sudden presence.

The hunter quips and hollers loudly with a derisive smile to the retreating animals. On the dragon and woman speaking to the Commander, the Nexalan says to those standing near him, and looking straight at Lanan, whom seems to be the one closest to the hunter:

Leopard does not ignore the provocation. The beast heart adept surrenders to his nature and charges with insane speed towards the individual that initiated provocation, ignoring everyone else.

Her eyes widen as she sees the leopard run past her. She shakes her head slowly and sighs heavily, shutting her eyes. She follows her bondmate out of the city quickly, the elf turning away from the encounter with sorrow.

Mylanis hears to provocation as well, though knowing her family, she knows Leo is the one that's most likely to take action, and as the words finish, her eyes are already on Leo, and as of when he begins her charge, she turns to intercept, and considering she's already ahead of him, that's likely able to make up for the difference in initial speed.

(( In short, Mylanis tries to tackle and keep Leo down, 37 Str, 34 Dex. Seddrinth instinctively helps, 28 str, 21 dex. ))

A sharp inhale came from the ranger, his dark green eyes narrowed before he moved to stop the charging feline.

Though Hawk moved at an incredible rate for a human, it would be noticed that his foot steps, even at the speed he travelled, made little to no sound.

Should Mylanis get to Leo first, Hawk would continue on in his path, stepping infront of the Beastheart, placing his hand on the tip of the cats nose, muttering softly to relax.

He'd then glance over his shoulder to Vorik, then to the man who had hurled the words towards his nature brethren.

Leopard stops in front of the intercepting dragons, he replies to Mylanis with an upset roar, and then turns to Seddrinth replying with same tone as well. At this point the two dragons could hear that Leopard feels betrayed by them, and while stopped from reaching his prey, Leopard continues searching for a space to pass the dragons. If Mylanis didn't know his love well, and was not already in the convenient spot, Leopard would have reached his prey before anyone realized anything. A strong winds forms around the leopard, with electricity in his eyes, doubling his speed even more, and making him immune to any range attacks. The prey is marked and will be taken down today or tomorrow, Leopard will not raise claw against his own, even if it costs him his life. This feline lost its most powerful aset, the element of surprise. But now it grows stronger in magic.

A decently sized tree starts to move a couple steps closer about 20 feet behind the dragon druidess. The Treant doesn't seem to take hostile actions but just stands there and watches. With true sight you can tell its an elf female.

Leopard does not welcome Hawkley's presence but does no reject his approach either as he recognizes a brother of nature. He would quietly growl at Hawkley, trying to gently avoid him and trying to ignore him, but at this point it cannot be fully trusted what this animal is ready to do. At any sign of him calming down, for those who know him, could be just a trick until he gains a new element of surprise. The beast will not clam down unless put down, or until its prey that provokes is dead or removed from the presence of this event.

The dragon lowers its head, down to the cats level, before gently and calmly speaking a few words in sylvan.

Think of your children love.

in the hopes that the words would calm the cat, the dragon turns its head back to Vorik.

I promised to keep this peaceful and none violent, but it will be much harder if the same is not true on all sides.
