Races of the underdark (A rangers guide to the underdark)

During my time as a DM I have had rangers ask me which creatures fall under what races so I have decided to compile a list for you, the current list is as follows:

Underdark beetle - outsider
Myconoid - plant
Fungus Keeper - Construct
Bugbear - goblinoid
Torglodyte - Reptilian
Gol - goblinoid
Slime - Monstrous
Gravetouched slaves, skeletons and zombies (including azatars) - undead
Carrion crawler - aberration
Azer - dwarf
Azer firebeast - reptillian
stone giant, elder stonegiant - human
Chuul - aberration
Aboleth thrall - undead
Kua Toa - feytouched (lyrical)
Kracken? (No idea, I crash when I attempt to check it)
Ropers? (No idea, I crash when I attempt to check it)
Derro - dwarf
Umberhulk, greater umberhulk - aberration
Black Pudding - elemental
Grimlock - human
Beholder - aberration
Bloodfist tribe - halforc
Earth elemental - elemental
Mephits - outsiders
Firenewts - reptillian
Minotaurs - mad seer warrens - monstrous
Minotaurs - minotaur maze - - aberration
NPC-duergar (non-hostile) - dwarf, human
Duergar (hostile) - dwarf
NPC-drow (non hostile) - elf, human, dwarf
Drow (hostile) - elf
drider - aberration
elder brain tentacle - aberration
Quaggoth - monstrous
Meazel - monstrous
Bombardier beetle - vermin

Keep in mind that many of these races are way off what they ought to be and as such may one day get fixed, if that happens and you have a ranger of an underdark race already, then you are entitled to a free rebuild to change your favored enemies (most easily done with featswaps), the rule you fall under in such a case is this:

1.  Rebuilds for characters who are severely affected by server updates may be allowed a free rebuild, pending DM approval.

I would guess that the Bloodfist tribe are in fact Orcs, and I would guess that both Black puddings and slime's belong to the Ooze category. But since Ooze is not a Favored Enemy option available for rangers, perhaps Magical beast is better?

I have made changes to all of these monsters except the Aboleth because neither Archimedes nor I could find which creature that was, on your new list it appears to be the Aboleth Thrall which I do actually have and can modify. I made the changes and sent them to Archimedes but I am unsure if they ever went in game. I have not been able to make changes to the orcs yet either but once the module is updated I'll look over all these entries and change them according to their book entries in pnp. (Or as close as you can get in nwn2)

The current listing (in my last post) is from around 6 hours ago and is the result of me checking the race of each of those creatures individually in game so if your changes say otherwise my guess would be that they have not yet been added, either that or something bugged out. And yes, the bloodfists are supposed to be orcs, as for slimes I think the description which fit them best is actually aberration "The aberration creature type has a bizarre anatomy, strange abilities, an alien mindset, or any combination of the three."

Either way the problem will be addressed, hopefully sooner rather than later. I would not rebuild/featswap just yet.
