A letter of invitation sent to all settlements or encampments

This is an open invitation to all interested in joining or working with the Ironhouse Hall to attend a meeting in the main chamber at the date listed below. All current members of Ironhouse need only contact the hall before this date. This meeting will cover possible entry into Ironhouse or address questions folk may have about the hall. This meeting is called with full authority of the Lords of the hall.

The letter stated above would be delivered, with smudges of dirt from her fingers on the outside, by a dark skinned,very dirty hin with a suspicious manner of moving. She wouldbe polite enough in her delivery,  though her speech, broken as a street urchin's, may have been indecipherable even to the dwarves.
