Scouts report of an increased presence of the dhaerow in the surrounding forests of the city. It is advised by the reports to avoid traveling alone through the wilderness. If you must, make every effort to remain unseen. Make no mistake. The dhaerow are out there.

Elven scouts report of small skirmishes with the Vhaeraunite menace in both the Starwood and surrounding areas of the forest. The attacks were sporadic and weak at best, testing the elves in their patrol routes and defensive capabilities. The elven scout leader suggests to the Defenders that the dhaerow are evaluating the elven military force.
