If we are going with high levels of intrigue on that level, it may be in our best interest to perhaps have them in a different zone then the camp? With the passing of the recent house war, we realized that escorting people out of camp has been a difficult process , as everyone needs to return to that hub at one point or another... mind you, this may be a bit easier with the city being there now..
