Well then get together as a group and pool your resources to get them. Some of the things required will need tokens to get but once you have it they are reusable so it is well worth it spend the tokens to have the ability for your Qu'ellar.
Or you can in game beg to your betters to help you. Muhahahaha

Zeyl is extremely busy with real life (so I hear) so it's not really possible. I have seen him once in 2 weeks.
