All rothe will be required to be with another Drow outside of camp, any rothe outside of camp will be considered to have escapped and will be beaten and branded for the first offense.


All mercenaries working for Quell'ar or individual Drow will have proof of contract. This can either be a mark on their armor or a written document signed by their employer.
