A epic set of armor

Hello folks this is Cap'n Jenson
I recently found an armor of great quality
Teir four protection as well, but I would like to know of it's history and creation.
I would not feel right if it were a creation of violence but i have heard of dragon giving their scales for such an armor to be made with out it killing the creature. surely with it being so heavily enchanted some one might know the history of it's creation. please if you have any ideas add to this note or seek me out I'm often by the fire in the refugee camp.

It doesn't matter how they got the scales. Don't tell any paladins about it or you'll end up having to give it up. Or something. -R

what type of armor is it and would you sell it captain? I might be interested in bying it, or might help you find someone worthy of getting it and help paying it so someone worthy of it will use it for the good of teh realms.

I have decided that I will continue to wear such a great set of armor and feel honor in doing so
even if I was not the one the dragon first gave up it's scale for.
