Announcement by the Zhentarim

A few passerby will note that Two Zhentarim soldiers, one identified as Sergeant McGregor, were seen beating a dwarf and dragging him back to the cells. After a few hours, they escort him out of town and let him go. Justin returns to the Barrracks and has a Swordhand set up the following proclamation around Shadowdale.

"The Zhentarim would like to thank the Ironhouse dwarf, Thorein, for his cooperation in the interrogation room. They will also agree to hold uphold the bargain as long as Thorein and his clan agree to as well.
