"The leading wizards of the city of song have reviewed his case and declared the source of his power as being to be potentially too dangerous for the security of the city. Dannjl Still has been informed that his future visits will be dependent on the decision of the honorable wizards.
As long as he holds the soul of a Lich inside of him he may not enter the city or any lands claimed by Myth Drannor.
