"Qu'ellar Zau'Afin will be hosting an evening of revellry and socialization, culminating in a very special ritual to honour the Spider Queen. This event takes place (saturday the 7th, 13:00 EST, 18:00 GMT, 10:00 PST) at qu'ellar Zau'Afin estate. Dos are invited to participate in this unique occasion. Dos will be permitted to bring one guest or guard. Weapons are permitted but must be peacebonded whilst on Zau'Afin grounds.

Special performances from our bards as well as entertainment and fine drinks are on the program for the evening. We will later adjourn to the chapel for the ritual.

A BIG thank you to DM Mustang for his participation in the Zau'Afin party. Also to all the players who participated in it, especially my willing sacrifice victims Nathzyne and Lael'riia. I enjoyed it immensely. I'll try to post up a few other choice screenies soon from those I captured, with captions.

Monster good time, the ritual was awesome.

Good morning! Had lots of fun last night, so big thankyou too tala for setting it up, Mustang for giving it his/her special touch, and everyone else who made it fun! Special mention to the victims as well!

Escorted by ZauÁfin guards and their hostess, the first daughter, the Dabel'kith delegation are taken to visit the prisoners in the dungeons, jeering and taunting them to their dark hearts' delight.

The sacrifices are lain on the ZauÁfin chapel altar in preparation for the ritual, with Qu'ellar Dabel'kith's delegates looking on.


The ritual proceeds well, and even attracts the attention of a Yochlol, handmaiden of Lolth! The First daughter steps back as the ritual is taken over by another at her behest: Nanga, returning to the Spider Queen's worship after so long in exile.


In full religious fervor the hapless victims are given to the Spider Queen's handmaiden who takes their souls to be tormented for eternity in the Demonweb Pits. Lolth imparts one final warning before leaving: an image of an alliance of underdark monsters including umber hulks and illithids, a grim omen of events to come perhaps.....
