Anje' manages to place this rolled up parchment, tied by a simple leather string in the hands of a child, to give to a Skymage. Rewarding him with 2 gold pieces for the deed. It is marked on the outside by a crudely drawn image of a beholder *

Esteemed Srg. D.A. Marduk,
The winds have blown a message to me regarding your desire to conversate. This meeting would be most beneficial to those you rule and I would be happy to conduct a private meeting between yourself and I. However, I must employ the same requirements upon you and the Zhentarim that I had for Myth Drannor and Auryne.
1. This meeting will take place in a Neutral location of my choosing
2. No arms or armor is to be present.
3. Only yourself and an escort may attend.
4. This escort may not be a magic wielder or carry any assortment of magical items.
5. I will not leave until all of your questions are answered, or until you adjourn the meeting.
6. I will only leave if I feel my life is threatened in any way, before the mentioned time.
7. I require 10,000 gold pieces up front before any dialogue is held.
I believe there is an opportunity here for you to really speak out to the people you rule. For I know intimately how they live and what they speak on when no one is observing. If you really wish to know your people, then you will take advantage of what I have to give. Myth Drannor has squandered its opportunity to assist its denizens. Can you rise where they have fallen? I think you can.
As a disclaimer, I must imply that if I am imprisoned, abducted or executed after the time of this meeting. My associate will continue my work and shed a most unpleasant light on Zhentarim's desire to keep it's people in the dark. This may seem slight to you, but imagine trying to cut the voice of the people away. Such a blunder may prove...Chaotic indefinately.
I look forward to hearing from you and wish you many healthy days. Until then, forgive and forget!
