Somber Work

Shadowdale citizens may have started to notice the work of Kellan Lormas. The priest of Kelemvor has been tending to last rites, assisting with burials and grave-digging, and also tending to local family grave sites to ensure they're not disturbed.

Kellan is soft-spoken and compassionate, but always notes dryly that his work is done "by the grace of the Church of Bane." Apparently the young cleric has come to some sort of agreement with the local church.

As always, wandering town to observe its people, a small, blue-clad halfling might be seen at some of Kellan's sites. She doesn't interfere or speak up, simply watching and occasionally jotting down notes or quick sketches about the scene. She doesn't seem to wear any holy symbol or really any clue about why she watches and observes and records.
