Citizens of Myth Drannor,
Our great Coronal has appoint me with the responsibility of over looking our Library, that is know as the Hall of Echoes.
I have allowed myself to add many books and exotic lore to city's collection and I believe our library treasure these days valuable lore that will serve the city well.
The Hall of Echoes contains 3 special vaults within it:
Hall of the Echoes of the pass: Mostly contains ancient and rare lore of the old world, of the creation of our world and The People and the old relations between the gods and the ancient empires.
Hall of the Echoes of the present: Mostly contains lore about the current world and around 2000 years earlier from now. One will find there knowledge of the recent changes in the weave, knowledge of changes in the Underdark and the Human nations.
Hall of the Echoes of the future: Many of the scrolls and books here were divined and written by prophets of The People and talented mages who specialize in the Divination school.
One may find here council of how to deal with present related issues and speculations of how they may end.
The vaults contain precious Lore that may be very dangerous for the entire world in the wrong hands.
I have enchanted and warded it to the best of my abilities and I believe it is probably among safest places within the city limits.
To gain access to the deep vaults of the library and to the high lore, you must prepare an application and deliver it to one of the councillors.
The Council hold the power to decide who may have the access to this powerful knowledge.
They may decide if the access will be permanent or temporary as well.
I hope this place will serve all of us to the best of it's extent.
