Several households seem to have been deserted for several days in the Northern Vales of Shadowdale. The residences that the farmers dwelled in appear to have possibly been ransacked - personal belongings seem to have been taken from them; and in some cases the doors were left open. The households were all farmsteads - those further from Shadowdale and the least likely to have Zhentarim patrols passing through on a daily basis.
