Murders

A party of adventurers were waylayed outside the kobold infested mines today. A man apparantly stabbed two of them to death before fleeing. Three sources corroborate the story and describe the assailant as a tall human male with a strange looking hat and goggles (Valeak Annar) but they did not know who he was.
