Murders in Shadowdale

News and gossip amongst the locals of Shadowdale talks of two recent murders. Among them is the death of the known noble Randall Barclay . No screams or commotion were heard as the man and his wife were found dead in their homes the next day by their house keeper. Rumor among the peasants and farmers has it that Randall got in trouble with the wrong people, and paid for his life with it. Some say he was found laying in his own pool of blood, and that a number of assassins got him late in the night. Others say his wife finally stabbed him after she couldn't take it anymore. A few even claim that the house keeper killed them all so that they could steal their jewellry.

The other murder reported is a younger lady that worked for the Old Skull Inn. Her name is said to be Mandy, but only a few peasants talk about this, as they seem to be more concerned with the more famous murder.

Some of the other rumors surrounding this incident are even sillier. It is certain however, that most believe there may be a murderer in the small town.
