what can be seen in shadowdale

A random hin, with bad eyesight, who walks about in a non-spying way, keeps eyes alert to see where things like food and supplies come from.
With dozens of zhents on patroll at all times. she is well aware that the food to feed them must come from somewhere.

(( Keep in mind, Although a spot check is useful for noting small details and hidden stuff, Unless there is significant effort going in to obfuscating the mundane affairs of feeding the troops, This should be mostly common knowledge information))

As well, where do they do their off duty activities? Do they have places out of town they visit? ((this by the way is stuff that tends to be known by the locals))

The hin would notice that caravans arrive from all directions, she can only guess they deliver food, but she notices those carravans are always heavily protected by soldiers, mages and clerics. Sometimes she might even spot a flying being watching over the carravan till it arrives Shadowdale.
As far as she can tell the arrival of the carravans is random. The hin would also see the farmers deliver crop plants to the zhentarim, some of them would look uncomfortable as they do but others seems to be rather pleased as they hand there goods over.

This hin looks to see if caravans leave loaded, Not to much close looking. She is just a gawker and townie. (( Looking for no more information then would be common knowledge)) As this hin walks about she looks to see if there is warehouses to store goods here that the zhents use, Or if this is a way-point for caravans.
