A Mystery

The Ul'ath'taller stands before the Altar of Lloth in the Circle of the Yath. Samle cackles wringing her hands as she looks over an old document.

"Xas, this was within in the time of my mother. Oh how usstan enjoyed killing that old elg'caress!"

She breaks into another round of mad cackling.

It is not long before a master mage and his slave appear before her. A conversation insues, mad plans for power and revenge are made. The Ul'ath'taller gives the document to the mage, and sends him on a task.

Rumors spread through the underdark of a new surface slaves, labor rothe, being brought into Szith via the main gate.

The rothe included humans, surface orcs, and surface bugbears. All of them looked much worse for wear with only a little over two score and a half in total surviving the trip.
