People Banned from Myth Drannor Lands

//Please note. The entrances are heavily guarded including by treants with Root Tremor and shapeshifted Druids with amazingly high spot and listen. You can only stealth in if you are over 85 MS / Hide.

The guards are under standing orders to ensure -all- visitors take their hoods off upon entry. They may put them back on after but -must- take them off again if challenged.

Any of these people / groups of people entering the lands of Myth Drannor are metagaming and will not be allowed in unless they have the stealth requirements. Please note that this may mean you cannot get Cirdan's quest as he too knows who is not permitted.

NO drow. No Orcs. No Yuan-t.i No Half-drow and no Half-orcs.
No Zhents

Please note that due to the Mythal protection Drow, Duergar and Orcs cannot enter the city at all.
Half-Orcs and Half-Drow are not prevented from entering the city by the Mythal. The Guards will not allow them to enter though. Half-Drow that look Half-elven enough to avoid detection by the guards can enter.
They will feel very uncomfortable, unwelcome und feel the urge to leave the city due to the powers of the Mythal and will have troubles getting a restful sleep or concentrating.

All known Red Wizards, anyone bearing the traditional robes and tattoos of the Red Wizards will be barred entry of the city.

Bendalar:  A human with orange hair and beard, wearing dark armor and carries a spear and shield. He is a Stormlord of Talos and so is inherently dangerous.

Camthol - By the decision of the Coronal the Tel'Quessir Camthol is permanently banned for extreme rudeness to many since his arrival in the lands, including to all non-elves present and the Coronal herself at a formal occasion.

Dache Acatosh - The human male Dache Acatosh who sometimes uses other names while using our Lands, is from now on banned from entering any Lands claimed by the crown of Myth Drannor. He is known for working closely with the Zhentarim and has made a pact with powers of the lower planes.

Dannjl Still - The Warlock Dannjl Still is hereby banned from entering Myth Drannor. The leading wizards of the city of song have reviewed his case and declared the source of his power as being to be potentially too dangerous for the security of the city.

Desrah - Agent apparently playing both sides between Myth Drannor and the Zhentarim but new information gained indicates she supports the Zhentarim in her true allegience. None are to speak to her or give her information. Consider her deceptively dangerous.

Elena Covenant - the Tel´quessir and druid, Elena Covenant, is hereby banned from the city of Myth Drannor and all lands claimed by the crown. She has turned away from nature and her people to one of our oldest enemies, Malar the Beastlord. She has chosen the gods of fury and one of the Anti-Seldarine above her kin.

His body has once been brought to Myth Drannor following his second failed assassination of Thomas, his body was disintegrated yet he now has been spotted again and persists in working for the Zhents.

Jullmus Sky, A clean shaven Human male with mid-length brown hair who carries a notable Scythe, wears black armor and a black slitted helmet. He is a known Cyricist, is quick to anger and cast threats. He has been barred for his disrespectful nature, his worship of Cyric and making intimidating threats against the guards and families of Myth Drannor. The mark of Cyric is borne on the inside of his armor and he makes claims that he works for good as a Paladin.

John Blackwell, A human, often in heavy black armor, recognised as one who used to frequent the camp as a moderate rebel wanted by the Zhents.
His methods took an increasingly dark path to the point at which he was said to work with a leading Cyricist, then even worse as reports had him working with Lolthites, even leaving people tied up to be taken to slavery or sacrifice in the depths. This man is keen to portray good being achieved by such inexcusable evil, which is the hallmark of a dangerously unstable mind and his preaching is a threat

Kley,  five foot eight inches, constantly covered in a layer of thick ice. Some of her distinguishing features are white scales along her body, the most obvious being under the eyes along the upper portion of her cheeks, clawed hands, pointed teeth, pinkish-purple draconic looking eyes. She wears a winter outfit, with a blue bandanna, her thick tattered cloak is held in place by a brooch in the shape of a symbol of Auril. First name chara but is unknown (has never been spoken aloud)

She is stealthy and is unemotional about taking life, she is somewhat disturbed in the mind, will mislead and manipulate to get what she wills. She is unlikely to seek entrance to our refugee camp or city herself, but is currently seeking to take harm to Armathor Sherne by means of slander or through the arms of others.

Ravich,  A Human with dark brown hair, tanned skin and a beard wearing a blindfold over one eye. He came to the camp and showed complete contempt for our laws, disrespecting all he came near and wilfully tried to bait residents into fights. He ignored all orders of the guard and refused to leave, instead just running off to cause more trouble. He was eventually petrified and manhandled out of the camp, where he was released and told he was barred from our lands.

Richo - The Coronal's Council has decided that the Druid Richo is for now banned from the city of Myth Drannor and its lands. He has decided to side with drow against our kin on more than one occasion. Should his behavior change with lasting results his case may be reviewed at a later time.

Zacham,  A human who wears the robes of a dark Sorceror, he has long hair that is tied back and eyes of a differing colour, one being an infernal red. He is barely in control of his sorcerous power and releases significant evocations with no warning when his fragile mood swings. There is believed to be a powerful infernal with a very strong resentment for him, having broken a warlock's pact. He as returned from ashes in the past. His threat comes when agitated and from the infernal that seeks him.
