Let it be known that in the recent events surrounding the death of the Priestess of the Eilistraeens that the Black Archer ciradha is now allowed back in Our lands as he has agreed to obey Our laws in these lands. When he attacks the Children of Eilsitraee outside Our lands, Our Defenders are to attempt to bring peace to the situation but may not aid him, nor may they raise hand against him.

There have been persistant rumours about Our Defender Ras. There is testimony both ways. However the Half-Dhaerow Falco is considered unreliable by Ourselves. Ras' own testimony, once he considered, was that the intial attack was made by the Black Archer Ciardha and when the Priestess naturally defended herself, he was drawn in and had to defend himself too.

The rules have been made clearer now and the names of the confirmed Eilistraeens have been circulated. This should cut the number of future tragic incidents.

In truth, We regret the Priestess' death for its own sake and for the strain it has caused, but it is time now for all of goodwill to mourne her, remember her, and allow her legacy to be one of good, not tensions brought about after her death. We hope the mistakes made by many that led to her death will be forgotten in time. The Child of the Daughter of Eilistraee stood for the Good in the world, for peace. Let us honour those principles.
