The slave in Shadowdale

A yuan ti who looks rather uncomfortable has been chained with cold iron shackles. He is performing hard working duties, that you normally would use a slave to do. He's been seen chopping wood, harvesting the fields and carrying heavy stones to fortify the city. Always under supervision by a Zhentarim guard.

He has a very exhausted, yet detirmined look in his eyes.. Once a while when a female child or adult stops up to see what he's doing, he eyes them with a "You will be next" look and also a faint smile as if he's looking forward to his release some day.

Large areas of his shirt is covered with dry blood as if he has been tortured cruely. It seems part his groin has been suffering from some sort of acid attack that has developed into infected wounds.

He continues his work detirmined but typically he doesn't have the most happy expression, especially not if the supervisor is a female Zhentarim guard.

As on one shift Sergeant Vossler watches over the Yuan-ti he would not let him have any water or food and instead would give the slaves small ration to a random female farmer or beggar for the Yuan-ti to watch.
He would then force the slave to work harder with a spear in his hand, using it should he stop working even for an instant till Azzelas' shift ends.

As he watches the farmers or beggars eat and drink his meal, he smirks to Azzelas with an exhausted look in his eyes. It seems he's close to collapsing, but he still manages to tell Azzelas a few words "If you don't give me food or water....I will end up like my wife - And she is quite thin!" followed by a rather insane very weak chuckle.

He's working pace has drastically decreased after the water and food being removed from him. Often he collapses on the ground, but stubborn he forces himself to get back up and continue his slave-duty.

The Black Fang has been seen healing the slave's wounds, then removing his slave collar and freeing him. The conditions of his release are unknown to all, save the Zhentarim and the former slave, himself.
