| A purple and black clothed petite female wearing a black hood and mask approaches the theater and hands all weapons where it is needed and proceeds into the Theater. The clear female would answer what other questions are asked from the guard in her way inside. The masked and hooded female gazes about the area curiously with blue eyes before she wanders towards a nearby bar and sits down on an available stool. Her eyes remain glancing about the area idly, otherwise she watches the people that come in and out. | |

| Smiling brightly, Cadence would approach the stranger. "My dear, I'm afraid we don't allow the wearing of hooded masks this far inside the place." The says softly. | |

| She nods before she looks over at the elf. "Oh, I see" She says with muffled tone. "I will take my leave then, but perhaps since I am already here I can buy off a tea? If you have any from the world below that would be perfect" She says as she stands to her feet and picks up her satchel, ready to leave.

| "The underdark" She explains with a quiet tone as blue eyes focus upon the elven lady. | |

| Frowning slightly, Cadence nods. "I fear we haven't any trade relations with them, nor anyone who is able to procure things from there." she says softly. "I can make you a honey tea to go, if you like?" | |

| "This place does not welcome denizens from the underdark then?" She asks before she considers the elf's question and nods before she brings out a few gold coins from a sleeve and places them on the counter. "That will do thank you" A strand of silvery hair hangs from the left side of her hood just about now, probably a slip from when she bent down to pick up her satchel.

| "We do not welcome drow, no." She states. "Sadly, no matter the intentions of the drow, nothing good has ever come from interactions from them. It's far too difficult to tell what sort of drow they are and I'd rather not risk seeing my patrons 'mysteriously' murdered due to the machinations of the traitorous sort. I'm sorry." | |

| "Yet I came here because I heard that it is welcome for all, lizards, orcs, human servants of the tyrant god, orcs of the slave god, mages from the north, and furies, elves of the seldarine ... any good or evil intended, as long as they behaved no matter the race." She would speak a fluent common, it is clear that if this creature was indeed a drow she had been wandering the surface for a long time now. "I will go, if you can put that tea in a vial for transportation? obviously I cannot remain here" | |

| In the corner of the room, a grey-clad, lanky young human perks up; watching the conversation out of the corner of his eye. | |

| Tonan listens to this part with curiosity, wondering which guard to chew a new arsehole into over this masked wench in the theater. Particularly given her stature and the tell tale wisp of hair. Stepping up to the woman, he states without any hesitation at all. "You're wrong on several counts, missy, about the rules we hold here. Maybe you should read them, instead of making things up. Remove the mask. Now." | |

| "I do not plan to stay here" It seemed that she could no longer wait on her tea. Instead she turns towards the source of the voice to look at the person through hood and mask together, blue eyes register the person's traits before she turns to take her leave as peacefully as she came in. "I would like my sword returned, it is the plain looking one with the dancing silhuette on its hilt" The woman asks as to the guard in charge of taking and storing away gear. | |

| "Seems you have a serious problem with removing the mask. This makes me rather suspicious, given your earlier comments. As I've told a few others, I'm a wee bit paranoid, and you aren't helping matters a bit. Take off the mask. If you're not someone we should have issue with, then there is no problem. If you are... well, that's a different matter all together. Don't worry about the lack of having all this explained to you when you entered. The guards who didn't bother to ask you will be fired, and I'll get ones that are smarter and can remember the policy here. Still, I'll need to see your face. Right now." | |

| "I refused to remove my mask as per your request thus I must leave and that is what I am doing"She states with a sneer towards the man as he keeps pursuing her. Those -nearby- that are attuned to magic can already feel there is a lot of it gathering around her left hand, should the man attempt laying a finger on her it will likely be the last time he laid said finger on anything. | |

| Several guards that are scattered around the theater hear the commotion and move to watch the situation. As the magical energy crackles in the stranger's hand, one of them senses the energy and motions the others to surround her, ready to take action as needed. | |

| Sensing the build up in magic, Cadence nods to a few of the guards as she begins to sing a song meant to cloud the minds of those she directs it's magic toward. In this case, she sings it toward the woman about to try and cast. | |

| By the time -guards- even reached the place and started to surround her, the stranger had taken a step back to attempt to make for an escape. Let alone Cadence who was still stuck at the Bar since the guest left would not be able to reach her with a song needed all the time in her world to get to where she currently was. That left the current guards at the entrance and the man that demanded her to remove the mask her immediate problem. As guards reach her area, the place covers in darkness; hiding her away within an instant as she will then next attempt to leave the area. Her plain sword was never retrieved. | |

| ((There is a bit of meta-gaming the guards here so yes, the "stranger" is surrounded by guards. As there is no mention of Cadence following the "stranger" the Cloud Mind isn't relevent.))
As the darkness spell hits, there is a momentary state of confusion among the guards surrounding her and a shuffling of feet, leaving an opening for her to get away. With Tonan's Blind Fight feat, he would be able to sense her location so she has a short period of time before he finds her. Also, there are guards all along the path out of the theater, but there are always holes in coverage. What would the stranger do? How will she escape? There is a way, she just has to find it. | |

| Though his eyes narrow at the mention of a dancing silhouette (((listen))), and the hair on the back of his neck rises as the drowess speaks her words (((spellcraft))), Dannyl shows little reaction. Even as the situation erupts into action, he remains still; focusing every fiber of his senses upon the masked figure (((spot))). If she leaves, and he can follow her movements, he prepares to slip out and follow. It had been a long time since last hearing of a drow like this in the Dales, and he is intent in getting some answers. (((If you'd like a screenshot of skill modifiers, that can be provided, but if not; suffice to say they're all in the 30's and 40's. I'm going to crash after posting, but Dannyl would simply seek to follow/track the figure upon her escape; interfering with no-one, so further posts from me shouldn't be too urgently needed.))) | |

| (((I assumed this was happening at a different time than the other one, but I guess that was just that; an assumption. To be honest, my response doesn't change toooooo much if it is all at the same time, but for the sake of clarity these sort of threads usually are assumed to be happening at different times.))) | |
