| One evening Karovir might be seen standing in front of the theater negotiating with the guards and a few grumbles can be heard.
"Leave all your weapons outside..." grumble. "As if I could cause much less damage without it if I wanted." He says silently to himself while handing over his weapons:
A longbow, a silver sword, another weapon (probably a sword) completely wrapped into some cloth and finally Morvian which he doesn't hand over but leans it against the wall of the theater.
"Don't even consider touching that one, understood?"
Then he enters the establishment and scans the entrance area mumbling: "The name already says everything. Could as well been chosen by those Eilistraeens. Well let's see what I find here." After that the grey man goes to explore the interior of the theater.

| Vincent leaning against the end of the bar in his usual position watching over the area smirks slightly as he see's the grey man enter the theater Tavern. With a small pained wince he pushes himself up straight, not in his usual armor, but in black and white clothing that is clearly not his. Chuckling softly, the knight speaks up.
"Well well, never expected to see an old man like you to come here.."
A teasing grin forms as he watches Karovir.

| Karovir eyes Vincent and looks him over for a few seconds trying to figure out what this clothing and the pained wince were about. Then he nods and answers with a smirk:
"Greetings, Vincent. To be honest I didn't expect myself to come here as well but I feel the urge to poke my nose into any new place I can find lately. Let's say the wind blew me here. How about you? Looking for less fitting clothes?"
He points at the black and white clothing the paladin is wearing.

| Vincent looks down to his clothing and tugs at it a bit uncomfortably.
"These are not mine, they are Tonans..Only temporary till I'm recovered that is, then I'll be back in my blinding armor, I assure you."
He then looks back up to Karovir with a warm smile
"Just good to see you here, hopefully you are more open minded then some others I've encountered.."
A small sigh releases at that.

| "You know, you wearing another man's clothes sounds quite odd to me but I guess that's your personal business." He grins slightly then sighs. "I wish I could be open minded but the first day I returned to Cormanthor from my windride I already heard a lot of the theater and I had a rather unpleasant encounter with one of the staff members here. But I am here to have a look myself. Just don't expect me to drink tea with enemies or monsters." | |

| A pale and frail looking woman comes down the stairs, wearing her grey robes with her long white hair tucked up into a grey skull cap, and a red cord is clearly visible around her left wrist. Upon seeing Vincent, she gives a shy smile and a little wave before noticing Karovir. The shy priestess blushes at the sight of him while making her way to Mack and speaking in a soft voice. "A cup of hot water please." She then looks over at the two men while climbing up onto a barstool. "It is good to see you, Sir Karovir and Sir Vincent." | |

| Karovir nods to the woman and greets her politely: "Hello, miss... hmm... Kathryn, right? It has been a long time since I saw you and your companion the last time." | |

| Her smile warms as he remembers her. "Yes, we had to leave the region suddenly, but we have returned to continue our work. Please, do not let me interrupt your conversation." She gives Mack a grateful smile as he returns with her hot water, then sprinkles some herbs on top of it, letting it sit a while before drinking it. | |

| As Kathryn enters the Tavern he gives her a warm smile and a nod, letting the two speak. After Kathryn returns to her drink Vincent speaks once more.
"Trust me, myself and others won't expect you to share anything with enemies here.. Just want you to hold your blade, fists, feet...Whatever while you are here, though a half mile down the road, do whatever you wish. As for your view of the place, hopefully staying here for a bit will help change that, it's not as bad as some speak it to be."
Vincent gently pats Karovir on the shoulder, leaning in a little closer to whisper for only him to hear.
"Though when time comes, I believe you and I could share some words.."

| As Mara sits at her table.
It also has humans and elves and dwarves and hins. If people don't like it they don't have to come here. There are rules put in place to keep it civil.
She shrugs and goes back to drinking her tea.
Hells I'm planning on building a small house just outside down by the river.

| Actually this place is much safer. Besides I'll have Taeron here with me. What better way to stay safe?
She finishes her tea and goes out to the grave site for some peace.

| Later Nadin would enter the Theater, adress all he knows briefly, but prefered not to ask for anything, neither his visit was long. Apparently he was satisfied merely walking a bit around the interiors, alone and in Vincent company, before depart. If the elf liked or not what he saw, it is pratically impossible to guess, as he demonstrasted no apparent emotion.

| Cadence walks over to Anadra, a gentle smile on her face. "My dear, I'm not certain where it is you come from, but where I was raised it was considered to be quite rude and in poor taste to speak so negatively about a person's home whilst you are in it." She says softly. "You, of course, are more than welcome to hold such opinions, and speak them as you like, elsewhere."
Bowing her head, she turns and continues greeting other guests as they enjoy themselves on the tavern side. Making her way to Vincent, Kavovir, and Nadin during his brief stay.
"Greetings and welcome to the Dancing Moon." She says, bowing her head slightly.

| Anadra shrugs.
"You have chosen to buy the illusion of safety by embracing evil.
The right to make that choice was bought by the blood and deaths of people like me that you hold in contempt because they fight for your lives and rights.
But if you really think you have bought real safety I suggest you open your eyes and take a look around you.
Look at the young human "neutral" priestess that was tortured, branded and killed right outside your doors.
Look at the ruins of the "neutral" inn in the rimwood."

| "Darling," Damian said with that infuriating, derisive smirk. "Let's not go making silly exagerations now. If you call barring the Zhentarim entry on threat of what-have-you to be 'neutral', I rather suggest you find yourself a language tutor. And no one has been tortured here, darling, I really don't know what you're talking about. We wouldn't stand for it." He turned back to his critique of the new singer they had auditioned, continuing the scathing commentary on his ability to carry a tune.
((ooc: The guards would not allow anyone to be attacked on the theater property, regardless of alignment or affiliation. Nor would any of the staff.))

| Mara comes back down from the grave site and hears Anadras words.
She would laugh
Are you suggesting the Royal Oak was neutral? That's quite funny. The Royal Oak was never neutral it always catered to the rebels and Myth Drannor and the Ironhouses. I didn't have the man power or the time to deal with patrons that were against a truly neutral inn. Luckily these people have the man power and the patience. I must tend to my prayers.
With that she walks out of the inn headed towards Lathander farms.

| Cadence would smile brightly to Mara and offer the woman her customary cup of tea and honey. Afterward, she'd turn to Anadra, "If that is truly how you feel, then you can leave." she states with a bright smile. "I will not stand for you to sit here and continue to insult myself, or my staff. I will remind you that our policy is no violence on our property, which does extend for one half mile around this building in either direction."
"Now, is there something I might get for you, or do I have to go through the horrendous business of having you escorted out?"

| The tiny priestess comes down the stairs after spending the night trying to recover from her ordeal. She is in her traditional grey robes and skull cap, with the red cord wrapped around her wrist, showing she is a priestess of Ilmater. Despite the dark circles under her eyes and her soft wheezing, the look of determination is evident upon her face. She gives a shy smile to anyone in the tavern before making her way to the bartender and ordering her customary cup of hot water and sitting at an empty table in the corner. | |

| you don't have to ask me to leave. why would anyone with intelligence want to be in place like this?
Some people appear to possess short memories but I remember when the royal oak allowed zhents and even drow to enter in the name of "neutrality" but the zhents did not respect their "neutrality" and attacked them anyway.
but there is a saying those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
