An order is given throughout Shadowdale

A memo is placed on the bulletin board within the center of the city and the guards can be seen informing all citizens. The notice states the following;

Citizens and Visitors of Shadowdale,
 
As the city has been made well aware, Shadowdale's citizens are continually being threatened by the Rebels and Elves from afar. Just recently we've discovered many dead bodies of fathers, mothers, daughters and so forth who clearly have been targeted by these groups. To prevent further murder against our loyal citizens, we will be increasing Zhentarim patrols within the city. Effective immediately, a curfew during the Dread Lords Hour until mornings first light has been established within the city. Any caught violating the curfew will be charged with a "serious crime" and the punishments that go with it. If for whatever reason you must be out during these six to seven hours, you must receive written permission from either myself, Commander Raegar Anteos or Black Fang Unterminox.

As is always, all members of the Army of Darkhope are exempt from this notice.

((Just to make sure, does this mean no one is allowed outside in the city area at night time, or does it mean that you are not allowed to leave the city at night?))

\\ Technically both would apply since you'd still be outside. Just an FYI for everyone as well, we fully expect that people will be outside during those times this is more to protect us from metagaming something we'd be doing.

(I stood guard for a night, and sent pms to people who might come, no one really knows of it yet as not everyone reads the forums. That aside I kinda like this idea, making it permanent and allowing people to get permits easier might open up some more rp)
