Within the center of Shadowdale, Commander Raegar Anteos calls the present Zhentarim to attention and reads orders promoting Azzelas York Vossler from Sergeant to Dreadknight. Immediately after finishing, he can be seen removing his yellow cloak and replacing it with a black one signifying his leadership within the Zhentilar.
