Laughing Tiefling

The yellow and red cat like eyes focus in on the newly posted laws of Shadowdale, and as she reads each forbidden act , she lets out a giggle with a nod.
By the time she finishes the list, she is in full blown laughter.

"How do I apply for town Law Keeper , I would love to meet these folks! ", she blurts out to herself.

Quickly, she pulls out a parchment and pearl looking ink pen. With out a dipping well of ink, she is able to jot down a few thoughts and considers sticking it up on the board next to the posted laws.
