In shadowdale, there was a group of adventurers speaking before the tiefling that many know as Kalthanar chased one Ving Goodman from town soon there after the tiefling broke the lightpost (closest to the merchant towards the eastern exit of Shadowdale) in half after slamming into it with both fists and a kicking it the rest of the way over. When guards came to demand payment for the reparations, the tiefling silently handed them 5 platinum(or 5000 gold if I'm doing that correctly) more than enough for the damages before going back to seething and trying to calm down.
(A DM can take this 5000 gold from me whenever they want)
