Vampire Rumors

After hearing rumors of vampires attacking the Black Hound Keep the old woman Valerie starts walking the Dale immediately around Shadowdale. She gently informs the farmers of the attack and reminds them to keep themselves inside at night until the situation gets resolved. She also reminds them that the Keep is pretty far away but that they should still be wary and take precautions.
