| Jack is led into the cells of the Hounds' base.
When set in, Jack just stands around, shrugging.
Jack's completely naked, for the first time that isn't in private in years upon years.
His face: pale, blue veins are seen through the skin, a burn on his forehead, his mouth is cut all the way past his teeth to the base of the jaw. He has a visible burn on his forehead.
His body (Something I've never described): His left arm is clearly not his own. The skin and muscles fight against his body. Coursing through his body is a mixture of blood and negative energy. There are a large amount of arcane symbols tattoo'd across his body, and his midsection is blackened.
Before entering the cell, he would say. "If this nullifies all magical effects; I will die as soon as I enter these cells."

| Cruven would smirk as he shoves him into the cell and starts to shackle him to the wall before placing an iron gag in his mouth.
"Soun's like a personal problem."
Shortly after Jack's escorted to the fort, the iron golems can be seen locking the fort down. Anyone that approaches the gate is questioned by an archer on the walls, if it's a client or a known friend of the company the golems would open the gates, but random travelers would be turned to the fort across the way.

| "Ahri's life rests on mine. If I die, she will." He would attempt to say before being shoved in.
If it nullifies all magical effects, Jack does begin to die. Fast. Though if permanent enchantments (albeit, necromantic) are not nullified, Jack stands around.
EDIT: As a note; Jack works to keep the remaining spells he has left after his capture.

| Durmla arrives as part of the escort during Jack's capture. She isn't completely sure why Jack is getting the treatment he is, but she allows the others to do their work without protest or interuption. When Jack is stripped, she looks uncomfortable, and opens her mouth to protest, but remains silent understanding the neccessity. None the less, once he's secured, she attempts to provide the prisoner a wool blanket, setting it outside the bars, but within his reach. | |

| Bel stands outside the Hounds HQ, daring not to go in for fear she'll be joining Jack in a cell. She would ask those who passed by how they managed his capture and if anything had yet been decided on his fate. | |

Eventually having this circulate to his knowledge (likely a day or more later), the being known as Shrike would make his way to the hounds compound. Â Upon being questioned at the gate he flashes his hound insignia stating his membership to the hounds, if not allowed in Shrike merely departs without question. Â If allowed in though, he stays inside the compound. Â Simply keeping to himself and occasionally doing daily business, though he does seem keen on rumours that may circulate inside involving the man named Jack Maybe.

She finds herself staring at his Undead Grafted arm, unable to look away. She looks like she has questions, but is either unable to, or is prudently avoiding asking them.

| Having been in Shadowdale, Simon the Fist caught wind of the capture, and also makes his way to the hound's HQ. He tells the archer he simply wishes council with the captive before he is killed. | |

| The windsouled woman, Cata Blys, having accompanied the captive from the Edge of the Cormanthor near the Tower of the Beastmen, to Shadowdale, and then to the compound of the Black Hounds turned slowly north into the orc ridden hills.
Combat failed to focus her; Â her mind niggled by doubt, and roiled by elation, cost her wound after wound as her concentration wandered.
She turned southwest to camp along the river, the high passes near Castle Krag casting the red shadows of approaching dusk.
A restless night highlighted by a near to dawn resolution.
Justice is important, and so too the common weal, but they are not always compatible.
Some crimes are unforgivable, this last accompanied by flashing memories of the shadowed face of the man who called himself Tibarn kneeling above her as he accomplished her humiliation.
And in the morning, walking east into the rising sun, birds and babbling river drawing her ears, and Akadi's breath laying cool fresh kisses on her cheeks, another uncomfortable thought arose.
What if they just killed him, for expediency, or spite? What might they learn from this man that might be used to stem the tide of undead swelling in and around the Cormanthor?
How many innocent dead might it take to shift the balance from the needs of Justice, to that of Weal?
What is, in the end, one man's crime , is another man's expediency.
Sigh and turn synchronous, she headed toward where she thought she might find Ravossel, and counsel.

| Overhearing that the Weavemaster, Jack Maybe had finally been captured, Â Sophia sighs relieved. Walking towards the fire, holding the tome "Time of Troubles" she closes it resting her hands on the mantle
"So . . Â inevitability. Is that the proper term." She ponders a moment. "I wonder was it folly or fortune. Jack is a tricky one, blunt though. Hmm. Perhaps he intended t be caught, if so , and he is brought to trial, he will be found guilty. Obviously"
Gazing into the fires, as the flicker and dance infront of her
"But . . Â there are few who can take him on without perishing as a result. Hmmm . Â I should write to Cruven and ask to see if these rumors are true." As she moves to the desk, with her parchment and quill. Once written she would send it by Raven. in hopes it reaches the Black Hounds HQ.

| Within upon hearing the news a contact of Jack, the figure sighs and pinches the Bridge of their nose before taking up the quill and paper and sending the entire night writting letters, not addressed to to the leaders of Shadowdale, nor the millita, but instead the farmers... the common people. in the house of the early morning a masked male elven like figure with long golden hair flowing from his hood would hire runners from freehaven... the entire company, depositing a large sum on money. (will give 10,000 in game to a dm) "Deliver a Letter to Each and Every House, Every Farm, every begger, everr child, every barmen in the shadowdale land. if they can not read you will read it to them, make it so." - The Letter wrote:

| during his trip to shadowdale blue would hear it being read and instead of striking the delivery person down he instead has the man write down a letter and return it to the sender of the original..
obviously you are deluded so I will make this short
I may not be an official or a civilian of shadowdale but I haved lived under there rule before.. these people have suffered enough and yet you toss even more suffering upon them.. you trying to influence them from outside in a safe location and anonomously proves one thing you are a zhent sympathizer..
and this will more than likely hurt his case instead of helping it.. your threats serve to secure a guilty verdict in most cases..
they may well indeed the people be free and can call for alternate solutions should they them selves want such that much is true..
and please stop signing letters as death death comes for us all and I assure you most personaly you are nothing compared to death..
I laugh at your attempt to even consider such and in return will have this letter to you signed as deaths killer to remind you of your fate should you attempt anything you said in this letter..
as for the zhents coming off their hill this may be but it is something they deal with on a daily basis.. now I shall let you know what will likely happen in case this also should come to pass..
with the slaughter you propose to in act if he isn't freed will surely hurt them with out a doubt.. but it will also serve to set their minds to vengeance and push them further to do the world a most righteous justice and further serve to strengthen any alliance and friendships they may have.. upon this happening will prove to form an army the size of which you nor the zhents them selves will be able to stop.. and this armies sole purpose of being will be to slaughter each and every last one of you and your familes wiping every last one of your bloods from existence..
no why don't you think on that the next time you want to threaten the people of shadow dale..
signed
especialy for you
deaths killer
the person who had this written and sent would pay the man 200 gold to have it sent back to the same one who sent the original letter..

| The man would most likely return later and hand back the letter saying he was unable to deliver it and returns the gold paid for the service. | |

| If Tohrm manages to get a hold of one of the notices from almighty DEATH, he would go around collecting as many as possible, and bring them to the centre of town where, proclaiming to all those in ear shot as well as a number of militia.
"Iff'n this almigh'y Death wants a shot at Shadowdale, I say let him come, probably knock the sods head off wit'out e'en me drawin' blade. The Zhents want a go at Shadowdale 'gain? Let 'em come. 'tis a load a bullshite iff'n I e'er read any. Though I know yer folk're smart enough nay t' pay attention t' such trite anyway."
With that, he threw the stack of letters (if any) into the campfire, and immediately went to harass local officials to lock up any found distributing the letters.

| After receiving the strange letter Laura scratches her cheek as she tries to make sense of what she's reading. Unable to defend herself very well, it does worry her. She doesn't take as many walks out of town and when she does wander out of Shadowdale, she sticks to the road that leads to the Hounds.
She does knock on their door, asking to be let in and practice archery on their dummies. She bribes the Hounds with cakes and sweets for exchange of sitting with them in their halls and feeling much safer behind their walls.

DEATH After the first few letters begin to appear in the North of Shadowdale, the Militia are asked to simply stop the messengers and burn any remaining letters, the response likely coming far far before they are able to get very far into their task, considering the time it would take to pen 10,000 or so letters and deliver them by hand. One of the messengers is given a missive to return to whoever had sent them. " Dear Over-Reacting Hyper-Theatrical Individual,
The Township of Shadowdale thanks you for both your concern and your agreement to not try to cause civil unrest and undue panic in the future.
Secretary Bryanna Lovich"
