The Capture of Jack Maybe

Imesah comes into Myth Dranor carrying the bound, gagged, and unconscious form of the infamous necromancer Jack Maybe. She brings him to an Akh'Velahr guard and simply states: "This fiend has been captured and I have brought him in for trial and execution. Tell me where to take him and I shall do so."

She is obviously shortly returned from a battle, and is covered in blood. Her expression is steely.

Another prisoner is escorted to the Farms to the Order of the Aster headquarters (handled IG).

Is bound and gagged and unconscious until told he's not by the Gods.

((Execution will be a perma. But that doesn't mean it's for sure. It's just looking HIGHLY likely at this point.))

Tama is brought in by Milo Rolston. Her three greatswords taken from her. She would be dealt with as seen fit.

Mark is seen handling Jack to Imesah near Myth Drannor, but leaving before the guards give into the temptation of going out of their way to shoot him, he would be muttering something like "Celovar's gonna dung himself"

Following up the rear of the small party entering Myth Drannor is a genasi woman clad in the garb of the Black Hounds. She pays little attention to whatever attention the group gets from the elves, as her eyes are focused on an impressive bastard sword. If anyone asks her about the event she can only shrug.

"He decided drow were better company. Hope my arrows remind him of that mistake before the end."

"This is the war criminal, necromancer, and Zhentarim Jack Maybe. He has been captured and I have brought him here for trial."

If Jack ever regains consciousness, he would try to talk.

"I will remain. I have no doubt in your abilities, but I wish to see him face justice. I will see the result of his crimes."

Valtore offers the use of the Halls anti-magic cells for the prisoner, and to have a trial for him there where people from Myth Drannor, and Shadowdale can hold the trial.

Nadin would eventually join them.

To bring us such war criminal and notorious necromancer that disdain of all decency and goodness, spreading his blasphemy like a nasty disease... you did a great service to Cormanthor, as expécted, I thank you in the name of the Akh'Velahr. Nilaa My'manir,  mathor Valtore, I do agree in lock him at the halls, and I do agree too with a trial for his crimes. Since his crimes were commited not only against Myth Drannor, but against Shadowdale and Ironhouses too, besides the rebels, would be ideal to have representatives of all these groups. Come to my mind Taeron, Karovir, you Valtore and me, but this is only my first suggestion.

There was another prisoner, I have brought her to the Order of the Aster Barracks for the time being and I shall release her to you if you wish. She fought at Jack's side."

Who more came with him, she commited crimes in any place that we are aware besides be zhentarim or zhentarim friend? What is already a war crime anyway...

"It was only the two of them. There were pursuing the Dracolich as we were."

She turns and gives a polite nod to Celovar,

"Yes she is a Banite, but she is warped in the mind. A slave of sorts or ex-slave. Apparently Jack offered her freedom. I have no way of verifying it, but her words seem true. One set of chains for another."

"Yes I remember that half-elf as well. I tried to help her when I ran into her in Shadowdale... so it seems I was right to think she would end up sooner or later a slave for the Zhentarim."

She turns to Celovar. "If you are available, I'd like to have your aid in escorting this criminal to Rimwood."

"You are free to try to have her repent if you wish Imesah, though I expect she is lying. Your prisoner so your call. Unless someone else has issues with that, I do not. You would be surprised at some of the people I have put forth effort into giving a second chance. I am not such the monster you believe me to be."

He turns and looks to the Nilaa. 


"As you wish kin, when do we leave? Though I would suggest killing him here and now. Jack is a clever man and moving him would risk losing him even with my presence."

"We'll let the Keeper and Mathor Valtore decide when we escort him, I imagine the dwarves need to get things ready for our arrival too and he will handle that operation" Looking to Valtore now.

The Keeper would read a letter and evidently disconfort he grumble something about 'Unbelievable.'
Nadin looks to the abbess - I suppose a zhentarim, as I recall this name, is asking us to release the other zhentarim you captured.

"I will send word ta tha clan ta make ready fur our arrival. I would prefer ta move them as soon as possible to prevent any chance of any complications. We can keep tha necrophiliac unconscious until we arrive, either through drugs or Celovar's tender treatments" *said with a smirk* "just let me know when ye are ready to leave."

"Release her? Do they have terms, or do they plan only to ask nicely?"

She nods when Valtore speaks,

"I am in agreement. We must move him quickly if we are to move him at all. I am ready, but if we must wait I shall."
