Tama in the meanwhile remains incarcerated and bids her time quietly, sulking.

Jack is oddly silent. Sometimes is seen with a smirk.

He sits in his cell, passing the time by keeping whatever spells he hadn't used yet in memorization.

Elric would approach imesah if she was near the barracks of the Order of the Aster.
"Hail sister... how may i assist thee?"

"Do we have any idea who this person is who wants her to be released? A slave she may be, but she is still a dangerous combatant. If she were released, I am confident she would cause much havoc."

Milo would return to visit the Banite prisoner Tama, and upon seeing the Mathor he would inquire about the prisoner's sentence.

Greetings, Mathor. Has there been a judgement yet for the female Banite?

Tama remains incarcerated, she seems to be fiddling with druid grown weed. But has no means to light it. She has become rather restless. Pacing around in her cell or confined space.

Looks to her cell, then back to the guard.

Ah, I see her now.

"Let me give you a case to let me free-or at least not execute me right away. Nobody else here will.

Think of what happens if you kill me. What have I done to Myth'Drannor, I ask? Personally, nothing. I haven't even moved against you politically. I've moved against Shadowdale politically, but never militarily. The reason? The Undead and Cyricist threat.

They threaten us all; so my priorities have shifted to deal with them. And I have plans for both. Eventually, I will come back to Myth'Drannor and Shadowdale. I do not lie. But think of what happens after my execution. Somebody else takes power. This person has either looked up to me for some time, or has infiltrated and wants to sew chaos. In either case, he will move against either Shadowdale or Myth'Drannor militarily; while you're dealing with the undead. This bodes ill for everybody. This will be an ill-timed execution. You can even ask Alexander, the Sheriff; I've even been attempting to reach out to Shadowdale in an attempt to thwart the undead.

So you have two viable options for this. The first is to let me go. I know we are likely a long way from that. But should this happen, I'll give you my word that I will not make a major move against either town until the undead is thwarted. This will not gain you an ally, but it will ease your mind and have something less to worry about.

The second; allow me to live in some fashion with you lot to help take out the undead. Bane doesn't want free thinking undead around as much as you all. I do not ask you this because I value my life; I am but a mere tool. But I gave an oath to protect Banites. And I intend to do just that. Afterward, you may execute me. Undead is my specialty. I can control them. I know how they work. Studying them have been my life's work.

Think of how many of you I have spared. I ask-for the sake of my people-that you spare me this once. Should you not; I may have killed hundreds-though more likely just over a hundred. But should I die, you risk setting a cog in motion that ends the life of thousands."

Jack does nothing magical; nor makes any attempts to escape.

Imesah looks at Jack with a look of pure and utter disgust. It is a look that clearly signals that the very idea of accepting his help is so reprehensible as to be sickening. As he continues she closes her eyes and takes some deep breaths, maintaining her calm. She opens her eyes, her expression more passive.

"Will that be all?"

She turns from Jack to the others, "I would suggest we keep him silent, as a precaution. There is no telling what havoc he may choose to unleash."

*Valtore punches Jack in the face with his mailed fist to silent him most likely knocking him out with his dwarven strength*

"Shut yur mouth Necrophiliac! Ye will have yur chance ta spit yur lies at yur trial. Til then keep yur mouth shut or we will just remove yur head now and be done with it."

Jack's Constitution and Fortitude likely withstanding, he takes the punch (affecting him greatly) and says nothing more. But he does not yelp, and seems as though he might not have even felt the physical pain; yet the physical toll took its place. He's clearly more tired, and is having a bit of problems seeing straight.

an old man shows up asking to see the prisoner jack.. he is old and hunch backed and appears elven..

he carries only a staff non magical to aid him in his walking he wears an old tattered cloak with a hood full of holes the rim of it oddly enough with no wholes and shield his eyes and parts of his face..

his voice old and and trembles slightly.. he looks at the guards and asks them to allow him to see the prisoner or to check with their superiors.. he waits outside leaning on his staff while they do what is needed or open the door an allow him access..

Valtore only smirked. "Strip him down ta his skiveys. Make sure he has no wands, rods, or spell components on him. Take tha travelspell book from him and anythin that might be magical. I would recommend usin a detection spell fur anythin hidden on him." He looks at Jack again. "Ye seem ta forget I have slain enough of ye cowards to know yur bragging, threats, then tha pleads. Ye will pay fur tha crimes of tha Zhents. Don't ye fear." He smirked again.

Jack just shrugs. His spell book is not on him and he has no wands.

"Then give me release here and now. Why give me a trial? We all know who I am."

He also would raise his arms to help take his armor off. But that would also require taking his manacles off.
