After speaking with Jonah, Mark makes his way to The Dancing Moon and when the guards stop him he begins to talk
"I am not here to enter The Dancing Moon, merely deliver a message and I'll be on my way. Tell everyone inside the Moon that people is needed to escort uninfected citizens from Shadowdale to Myth Drannor. Everyone willing to do the job, ask for Kasia, a Red Knight Knight or something at Shadowdale East Gate"

He then leaves and goes to his next stop.
