a military camp springing up around the Rimwood docks

Tahandor is busy these days as he transports one shipment after another of Akh´Velahr Soldiers to the Rimwood outpost.

Once the soldiers arrive, they start to build a military encampment around the Dock.

Those travelling to and from Myth Drannor via Tahandor would often need to wait out one shipment as the transportation of military personal takes precendence over civilians.

The Akh´Velahr are finished transporting all Military personal to Rimwood it seem.
They build up some tents and place guards and sentinels, yet they dont build large tents or build any other fortifications.

Karovir passes the Rimwood watching what is going on there shortly and greeting Celedien should he see her. As soon as the wind changes it's direction he moves on though.

Valtore walks around wearing his breathing mask and sounding like Darth Vader. He stays three feet away from everyone and has a hand on his wand of dismissal. His Iron Golem now prevents any from entering the Clan Halls. He is grumbling about the lazy humans of Shadowdale that let the interstellar creatures grow to such a threat. The squabbles over who is "in charge" and political manoeuvring of people to claim power of some little dirt farm village. He speaks politely to the elves and personally escorts any dwarves from SD to the Halls to hand over to Grendal. Using his wand on them before entering the tunnels. If the Keeper stops by he greets him but avoids most others outside the AV or Clan.

After a missive is received from Myth Drannor, the Soldiers start breaking the camp and packing up again, getting ready to march.

After the soldiers are finished packing, they start to march southwest, scouts spreading out in all directions.

Bryanna was wandering east slowly in a meandering fashion, when she saw the force coming towards her. She stopped and waited in the middle of the road, hand raised to hail them.

unless Bryanna takes on an offensive stance the troops would continue their march not letting themsevles be stopped by a single person.

A sunelven officer would approach her however as the troops continue their march.

If you are the force that the Keeper is sending to Shadowdale, I would advise you make sure your presence is still welcome and that your arrival is known in advance. The people didn't see fit to let me debrief them, nor inform me of their decision in advance so they're rather unaware of all details of the current situation and any agreements that have not been publicly announced."

((Carbuncle, in light of the retcon of the political changes in Shadowdale... I need to retcon Bryanna's actions here. If she's still in position in Shadowdale, then people in position would have knowledge of the approaching forces))
