Investigating the lost scout.

Melorion would approach the Nykerym stationed as commander of the akh'velahr forces outside of shadowdale

He then salutes him before he begins to speak
Nykerym Aredhel i have been tasked to track down the scout that was killed recently, and i would like to inquire to their patrol route before he went missing.

The Nykerym would gladly show Melorion the patrol route that the scout was on. It seems he deviated a bit from there, ending up in the northern farms, perhaps investigating something.

The Nykerym would also tell him that the body was found and is being held in the House of Plenty.

Melorion nods and heads towards the house of plenty to inquire with the healers there

He then nods to the healers

What can you tell me about his wounds, Anything that stands out from the ordinary?

A number of bolts pierced the elf. These bolts were completely common in nature. They did not hold any enchantments, nor did they contain any poisons. The elf was shot completely from his front, and the wounds were consistent with a well-trained marksman(s). His body was found looking towards the gates of town, as if he was looking at his attackers when it happened, so it is assumed that they came from towards the desert, or are trying to lead us to believe such. The bolts being as common as they are leave no trace of tracking for them.
