As she was recently asked by priestess Lira, Victoria would visit Old Skull inn, asking people if they are willing to participate in wall building with food and shelter provided if needed and monthly payment of 1500 golden coins. Then she would visit the most poor locations of Shadowdale where beggars gather and repeat exactly the same offer, telling that they can enlist in the West Shadowdale.
