Seadin Aleros enters Shadowdale gates, a bloody halfling carried over his shoulder. He explains to the guards that an orc bandit had used the halfling as bait to lure in victims, and was near death when Seadin found him/her.

The guard directs To find s healer for the hin, and then find a member of the Militia to report this Orc Bandit too.
