Elektra knocks on Dancing Moon business office door

A blond woman, dressed in fine light leather and silk lace, comes to the Dancing Moon. It has been some time since she last saw the owners.
Once inside, she would request to speak to the owners, whomever is currently in charge.
In one hand , she bears a carrying case with a map, drawings of a structure and synopsis of her proposal. She also bears the letter she recieved from High Lord Chembryl of the Zhentorium, giving full clemency to all in the guild of Misty Falls.
Her proposal is to purchase land, in the lowland flat forested area , for the purpose of building a structure for relocation of her guild.
The drawing of the building is of a building similar to a library seen on campus of a university, with a flat roof. It is intentionally designed to have both a distinguished air as well as a limited foot print and impact on the forested land.
The map shows it to have a good view of the great water falls.

"We have been a neutral organization that helps others. We believe in respect , freedom of faith and peace. I personally serve both Sune and the Red Knight. We bring no evil. And, we are prepared to compensate generously toward obtaining the land. "

A handsome, well groomed man in fashionable attire would approach Elektra, knowing well who she was.

"I am the current owner of the Dancing Moon, at least until Cadence returns." he would state, looking over the map that she brought, the plans, and the note from the Zhentarim. "I don't have a problem with you and yours moving onto this land, but the Temple of Love separate from us. You will have to approach them as well. There are a couple things you need to consider. First and foremost, while we are in agreement on many subjects, the Dancing Moon does not speak for the Temple of Love, and they do not speak for us. If you share this space with us, you will not speak for us."

"Second, these grounds here, are neutral in most senses. If you start bringing problems to our doorstep, we will be having words about it. The Dancing Moon was established as a place of relaxation and entertainment. We are not soldiers." His expression becomes serious, and his voice firm as he speaks. "We don't want trouble here."

"Last, you don't get any special treatment, even if you are close to us. You heed the rules if your folks come into the theater. If all that happens, we will get along just fine."

"As for the purchase of the land, how much are you offering?" he says, fishing for her estimate of what she thinks it would cost.

"You bring up a very important issue. Since there are two independent groups here , am I buying land ? Am I buying privilege to locate here? And am I paying twice ? Will this take two negotiations ?
No one wants to pay one group only to then be high jacked by the other or worse.
From what you have shared, I suggest a meeting with ALL interested parties.
If an agreement is to be reached , it needs to be good for everyone , and ONE transfer of wealth to interested parties.
That said... The plot of land where the dirt road fades into the forest could be worth , perhaps, 400,000 gold... Net 200,000 to each party ... Or... How ever you deem it proper to distribute such funds."

"We aren't the Zhentarim, we won't extort you for gold." He frowns slightly, somewhat offended at the suggestion that one or the other would "hijack" anything. "200,000 for each sounds like a fair deal, but you will have to approach Morrigan of the Temple of Love, and ask."

He strokes his beard for a moment, and nods. "Yes, a meeting between all parties would be best. That way there will be no miscommunications. I will contact the Temple of Love, and you to see when we can all meet."

"Is there anything else I can help you with?"

"Perhaps...", she responds with a warm smile. "We have a laboratory in the Keep that will need to be moved and stored some place to prevent it from being lost for one reason or another. Perhaps the Moon might like to borrow the benches for a while? ". Again she smiles.
"Its always wise to remember the seven 'P's ... Proper Planning Prevents Pizz Poor Performance ... No wait ... That's six 'P's. ... uhm, Anyway... Maybe you could use them ?".

She adds before leaving :
"I have designated Heirs to the Guild . if for any reason i am no longer able to speak for the guild. you need to know that Ranya and Isiolia are the designated heirs, and have full authority to deal and speak for the guild in the event i am gone."
