Nadia attempts to gather information in shadowdale

Loitering around the Market place and Inn with intent a playful and Boisterous Tiefling would be found spending coin on trickets, drinks while chatting, flirting and making jokes in her attempt to pick up any snip bits of gossip, rumors or saucy Scandals!

(free forum for folks or dms to say what my character finds out, if she finds out anything at all.)

Many are reluctant to speak to a tiefling. Some outright ignore her, but mots just put on a terse but polite smile and try their best to rush through the conversation. They tell her the following...

• There is approximately about 20 families left at shadowdale. (extended family included)
  
  
• Azalar Falconhand is now the Lord of Shadowdale. He is well received by the remaining (surviving) residents of shadowdale, but there is concern about him being a half elf.
  
  
• Vorik remains the commander.
  
  
• Shadowdale has been trying its hardest to stay out of the bigger problems of the land. It's recently reconstructed from all the devastation, and Azalar is looking for more trade and economic opportunities.
  
  
• There are still chickens, and they still walk around like they own the place.

Right next to the Temple of Chauntea is a perculiar sight. A reasonable sizable tent which seems to be the center of alot of Halfling activity.

Three times a day a call to prayer is heared from there, there is an old woman called ol' granny jenkins there selling exotic exports that are rumoured to have been imported by Sordoc. On top of the tent is a golden glowing symbol seen.


The tent seems to be guarded by these odd Halflings. However They are not common Daleshin. Their skin is dark brown, and they have black hair. Usually wearing turbans and dressed in Orange/black robes with red leather belts. They speak a difficult to understand dialect not native to the Dales.

They are known as the Al-Halshi Desert Halflings.
