Chants from the Underdark

Deep below the surface chants rumble throughout the Drow encampment. The tunnels reverberate as many lift their voices up in prayer to the Dark Queen Lolth. As one the voices chant in unison and all present enter religious fervor. The songs of a singer lend a sacred unholy atmosphere to the rite. An angry old witch of a Priestess cracks a whip at all present, ensuring proper worship and homage to Lolth. All tremble in fear before the awesome power of the Spider Queen. As the darkness spreads across the camp and envelopes worshipers, a blood offering is given to the Spider Queen. A slave is placed upon the altar and his torso ripped open, his beating heart fed to Lolth.
