A letter to Eilistraeens

Late at night a letter was put under the Royal Oak door.

The letter is sealed by a golden enchanted wax seal, with a shape of a good smiling lady with few stars around her.
If you try very hard you can also see a writing at the bottom saying "A spinning coin".

On the letter there is a carefull writing which says: "To those who ment to open it".
