Another Letter to Eilistraeens

A letter was found in edgelands obviously by someone who knows the Eilistraeen well enough.
The hand writhing is very curly, with the colors of red blue green and black. The writer obviously put alot of effort for this letter to look very nice.

Dear 'Allies' (the word is emphasized).

We have one of the murderers within our custody.
He is currently barred inside the city and will wait to be trailed by the Coronal.
