ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN RESIDENTIAL TAXES IMPOSED BY THE ZHENT
Failure to comply with Shadow Dale's
taxation laws will result in eviction. Any/All taxes imposed on the
apartment structure itself as a whole will be divided between residents.

Failure to comply with the laws of Shadow Dale will result in the same as stated above.
This building is to be located in Shadow Dale.
We are bound by Shadow Dale's laws and they will be followed.

Any/All residents found harboring rebels, outlaws or wanted criminals on the property will be evicted.
Being banned from Shadow Dale is grounds for eviction.

You can NOT resell your apartment. If you decide to move out or leave
Shadow Dale ownership of the apartment reverts back to the management.

If you wish to have someone move in with you, you must first
obtain permission from the manager. A one time fee may apply.

OOC: If you announce that you are "Leaving the Server"
or leave without word for longer than 3 months OOC time
your apartment will be resold under the belief that you
will not be returning. --OR-- If I CONTACT YOU VIA PM, to varify that
you are still around, and you receive the PM but DO NOT RESPOND,
that will be assumed to mean you are NOT returning, and the apartment
will be sold.

You just joined the server on 8/13. They were very close to sold out just after that.

OOC Note: I am told DM Mustang has ruled that tokens can NOT be used by a player from one character to pay for something that is to belong to another one of his own characters.

THEREFORE: please be SURE, if you are buying an apartment with tokens (managers special a few got in on)- that you have both med. tokens ON the character you are buying the apartment FOR.

Oh I would love one of these but I only have half the token requirements XD I wouldn't mind being put on a waitlist if you have something that I'd be able to pay nothing but gold and/or a medium for 83
