Two Markers Appear made of Stone

One is near the Lathadarite Farms the Other Near the Center of Myth Drannor. They are not overly big but carved on them is the following words and the beginning of a list of names. When the guards are asked who placed it there they simply say a red hooded, and cloaked Kin.

From the forest they did walk
They looked to the defenders for them to talk
But with evil in the hearts
They would rip the city into parts
With the defenders looking one way
They would make the Lahtandarite farmers pay
As the assault across the river came strong
They would take the farms before long
The defenders heard the sounds and clash
To the unexpected front they did dash
Lanius, Raman, Wythran, the skin changer and more
Into the legions of dead they did bore
As the first front was secure
The rest ran into death's mouth to endure
They spent their lives to prolong the cities’ life
They would stand before this undead strife
And smite them with goodly press
They realized to late the main city was in duress
The howls and screams of the city main
They could feel the racial cry of pain
For within the elven city pure darkness was loose
They had their future by a noose
Fire and death ran without check
The city they would leave in a burning wreck
The defenders ran to the city without pause
They would continue to spend their lives in this cause
With the cities paths blood soaked and burned
Something in the world this day did turn
They fought valiantly spending their last
While the undead took their disgusting repast
Finally a hole within the cities heart was found
The things had taken the treasure, and from the city they did bound
Slinking to a lair leaving a trail to follow
They were chased away with their heart's hollow
The defenders did but pause a half a day
To stop the flames at play
Knowing true the sorrow that would follow
This victory would not be hollow
For they stood as one this day
With their lives they did pay
