I would like to know what the position this servers drow are expected to present regarding half-drow on the server? Is there a standard? What should I expect when encountering one of them?

The only ones lower are darthiiri and even that's debatable. But drow are the best of the best, far beyond all other races, so anything that dilutes that serene supremacy is ... filth

This was what I was rp'ng when I stumbled into one, and then was told in a tell that my lore was wrong. So thanks for clearing that up.

there may be the odd one who has somehow clawed their way up the ladder, but essentially yep, they're dross ( in the eyes of drow)
