A dwarf in the library

A young dwarf by the name of Valtore Ahur can be seen at the library most days reading old dusty books about various myths and legends specially those that talk about heroic warriors and weapons of great power. He also seems to be asking about for someone to teach him elven (both to speak and to read/write it).
