Gift from a slave

After an absence, much more brief than expected, Cassandra returns to camp. However, she does not return alone. Greatly struggling with her capacity, she drags two corpses to the camp, braving death and worse as she makes her way through the Beholder Caverns - greatly overburdened and slowed down by the two bodies.

She walks to the Dabel'kith side of camp, facing many odd looks and glares of surprise and suspicion as she moves past the guards, shouting out:

"Dabel'kithen! I bring you a gift!"

Attracting the attention of the gathered Illythiir, she drops down the two corpses to allow their identification.

Nanga, the Ellistraeen heretic, and Pharius Vlann, an escapeé slave.

"Nanga, the Moon Slut and an escapee slave. I found them in the tunnels, on their way to the surface."

The gift is recieved with mixed emotions and reactions, as the two capturees are brought back to life.

Nanga is dragged towards the altar, and Pharius left alone for a moment - to be disciplined severely for his actions.

Valshar watches in disbelief the assassin Pharius, pondering the weird association with the heretic Nanga (that he formerly believe to be a Lolthite called Xila), shaking his head. "That is a hell of a useful rothe...what a waste..."

From the shadows, Barra watches the scene with suspicion, most of all the faern, Valshar himself. After a while, gathering his long, dark cloak, he steps silently away, unseen.

Taz'irahc watches the procession apathetically, having not been in the region for long enough to have any personal ties to the involved parties, and having lost his ability to speak of what he sees long ago. After sticking around long enough to watch Nanga's decapitation, he returns to his work gathering beetle meat for the camp.
