Yathrin? Yath'tallar? How do you become them?

Why wouldn't the Yath be angry?

If Li can keep her hold on it, then that just widened the pool of competition ofr higher ranks. That's not something most Yath would be pleased about, really.

Well I know I saw a posting from the drow of the UD book on FS. Also within that same book it states that a warlock if it makes a pact with one of Lolth's favored demons can be considered a Yathrin. There are reasons why we can't always pull from the sources because if we didn't put some limitations on classes, like I said we would have either this filling up the UD for Yathrin:

FS/BG/Divine Champion (uber saves)
Warlock/BG/Divine Champion(uber saves)
FS/BG/Warlock/Divine Champion (uber uber uber saves)
or probably the most cheesest build, Paladin/Blackguard/Warlock/Divine Champion.

So to limit this we structure that FS can be recognized as Yathrin, but again that is the top rank. You can still be a Matron mother of the house. If you can't turn undead it is hard to really be a head cleric and teach other clerics how to do such. If you can't pull from Lolth's domains, again kinda hard to teach others. Remember the RP behind a cleric is that they have to learn it, a FS is born with it.

Warlocks can be considered Yathrin if they pick up the Eldritch Disciple class along with the few levels of cleric. They would stack for rank. And that would be basically the Warlock drow version of the yathrin.

Now I think I have stated I don't want to see others calling each other out or declaring a person a Metagamer. I don't see anyone meta-gaming due to this. I just found out another person whom is a FS is also referred to by others as a Yath'tallar but OTHERS aren't calling him/her a meta-gamer, so I would like the same respect given.

As for the PvP, that is pretty much when I realized wow...this is the longest PVP I have ever been in. Now, my build honeslty could have handled her. I could have hipsed and waited for every single one of her buffs to fade. However prior to our battle I let her know I was having a bad time and heavily needed sleep. So rather then pulling a really cheap tactic I instead blew through literally all of my high level spells and epic level spells.

Again since my pc is involved in this matter I will have another DM answer this. But I find this very ironic that there is another FS Yath'tallar in camp for a while now, but I never saw a thread arise on the subject. Wondering why the matter of Li's had to get created. Again I think is there was concern on the topic a PM would have been suffice.

I am going to lock the post, I think we have exhausted the issue and rather soaking anymore time and energy into this I hope you and myself will find more productive things to deal with. For example, I have spent the last 5 or so hours yet again revamping the drow camp to tweak a SLEW of issues. I would have never gotten any of that done having been glued to this thread.
