A Young Elf with an Old Soul

Rumor slowly spreads that a young Sun Elf from the Noble House of Nierdre known as Eltaor has been seen in the area. He walks with white robes, cloak, and hood. A longsword of elvencraft and spell tome rest at his hip with a Black Dragon crest on his right sleeve. He has recently arrived from Evermeet and seeks to introduce himself to any elves who remain near his proximity for a period of time. It has been noted that he generally somehow seems to not be around when other races aside from Elves are present in groups.

One late evening he is witnessed standing on the highest bridge in Myth Drannor, looking over the railing down to the city with a calm expression on his face. Something that could be noted as rare for him.

He walks down to the entrance to the Akh'velahr barracks and looks at it for a while, seeing who will come out. Assuming someone enters or exits, he asks about the whereabouts of the Keeper, stating that he had heard the only way to get in was through her.
