Battle for Slavery

Mission: To assist or hinder efforts of two rival political factions currently operating in Free Haven.

Sign Ups: Right now anyone who would like to join in these efforts may do so. There will several mini-events that connect to the larger plot. There will be events for both "goodly" and "evil" types.

Times: First event will be next week, time TBA depending on interest and availability of the players.

Tentatively scheduling the first event for 4:00-4:30 PM EST on Thursday. This particular event will be a planning stage, RP only, no combat.

The first event will be targeted more toward the "good" guys. However, evil/neutral will not be turned down, and may join in/follow as they see fit.

NOTE: Please do not show up to this event if you are looking to fight/combat spawns, that is not what this is about.

IC Information for the first event:

A local politician in Free Haven has put out the word that he is hiring individuals to assist him in protecting his assets. He needs adventurers with a wide range of skills and abilities.

(( If too many players show up, I do reserve the right to select who is involved, and this selection will be based off a preference for RP builds and skill points. ))

Aerul might be up to helping it depends on which fraction the politician belongs to since he is against slavery.

Two men exit the Bastard's Sword and go their own ways. One reflects on their conversation, the information learned and the request for aid made. This cavern had been his home once while men called him Steelfall, and he was among its most notorious slavers, at one time having four bound in his service: one could say his ties here were strong. But those days were past and he had other concerns. Why risk his life and those of valued followers to safeguard another man's business? He was hesitant, but agreed to meet with the man reputed to run the trade here anyway. Perhaps there might be something worth fighting for.

A masked and cloaked figure talks to some of the slave girls and to Tiffani for any information. She receives some interesting info.

Gorack would love to get in on this event he is against slavery and i have yet to get in on a non-underdark event
